SHOW VENUE

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SHOW HALL, OFFICIALS WILL CHECK YOUR BIRDS IN, AGAINST THOSE ENTERED ON YOUR ENTRY FORM. A NOTE WILL BE MADE ON THE ENTRY FORM OF BIRDS ENTERED BUT, NOT DELIVERED TO THE SHOW.

AT THE END OF THE SHOW (OFTEN REFERRED TO AS LIFTING TIME). EVERYONE IS IN A RUSH TO GET THEIR BIRDS OUT OF THE HALL AND GET HOME. BE PATIENT. BOOKING OUT OF BIRDS WILL PROCEED MUCH MORE SMOOTHLY WITH YOUR CO-OPERATION. IF A LIFTING CARD IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH YOUR CAGE LABELS (NOT ALL SHOWS SUPPLY ONE) YOU WILL NEED TO COLLECT YOUR ENTRY FORM FROM THE APPOINTED OFFICIAL. COLLECT YOUR BIRDS AND PROCEED TO THE BOOKING OUT DESK. TWO OFFICIALS WILL CHECK YOUR BIRDS AGAINST YOUR LIFTING CARD OR ENTRY FORM. ONLY AFTER THIS HAS BEEN DONE CAN YOU REMOVE THE BIRDS FROM THE SHOW HALL. PLEASE GET CLEAR OF THE EXIT DOORS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND HAVE A SAFE JOURNEY HOME.
